Jury Duty

When faculty members or academic personnel are summoned to appear for jury duty, they are responsible for notifying their chair, director, or dean immediately. On those d ays when appearance in court is not required, responsibilities to the University should be fulfilled. The University will continue salary during the active period of jury duty. Court's compensation and reimbursements for travel expenses may be retained by the individual.
